The Formatt Hitech 95mm HD Soft Gold 3 Glass Optical Filter softens the image and warms skin tones using tiny gold platelets suspended inside the glass, rather than a surface coating.

• Effect: Light bounces off the internal gold platelets and is refracted back through the glass, softening the image at mid focal lengths without the color-splitting sometimes seen with diffusion filters, while adding a subtle warm tone that helps disguise minor skin blemishes.
• Density: Grade 3 ? the strongest of Formatt’s standard Soft Gold densities, for a more pronounced softening and warming effect.
• Construction: Schott-Desag B270 crown optical glass, precision ground and polished for consistent color and flatness.
