The Hitech 105mm Super Soft Gold 2 HD Glass Filter by Formatt pairs the HD Soft diffusion effect with the warm-toned Soft Gold enhancer for a stronger combined softening effect.
- Effect: A mid-strength (grade 2) softening effect that smooths skin and reduces harsh digital sharpness while retaining the warm cast of the Soft Gold line, without a significant loss of contrast.
- Construction: Schott-Desag B270 crown optical glass, ground and polished for consistent optical flatness.
- Format: 105mm screw-in circular glass filter.
- Note: As with other Super Soft Gold filters, a minimum focal length of roughly 28mm is recommended due to the filter’s internal structure.
