This is a Novoflex tripod collar made to fit the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS PRO lens. A tripod collar mounts around the lens barrel rather than the camera body, moving the center of gravity forward so the lens-and-camera combination balances properly on a tripod or gimbal.
